There are many career opportunities waiting for you in the ever growing food service industry. Through classroom theory and hands on experiences in our fully equipped commercial kitchen and dining room, you will gain the skills and knowledge needed to be successful in this fast paced, highly demanding field.

Students learn the basics of food preparation used in most restaurants, banquet facilities, caterers and institutions. Advanced instructions covers specialty and gourmet cooking, menu planning, purchasing, and management.
